Established in 2000, Westway Services Limited has enjoyed continued significant growth, year on year. As our core business, we carry out all aspects of works related to built environments, from design to installation, energy management, reactive and planned preventative maintenance.

We have seen a transition into the provision of full building services and have secured a number of customers where we provide residential engineers, supported by our extensive mobile workforce. We have a very high client retention rate which shows our dedicated delivery of service excellence and ensures that customer satisfaction is achieved.

The passion and commitment of our people provides a platform for our service offerings, staff retention and loyalty, which define our belief that hard work and quality execution are rewarded.

We constantly look for imagination and creativity both within our current employees and from all new recruits. We maintain consistency across our business in service delivery and recognise the importance of feedback for benchmarking our success.

We have recently created The Westway Academy which was established primarily for the development of internal staff. The academy has progressed into the external recruitment of students from the Greater Manchester Universities who are embarking on a career in building services, or any of the other related building services. We believe that investing in these students will ensure that they have a broad understanding of the demands of the industry to further their career opportunities.

We recognise the importance of environmental design and offer practical and cost effective solutions, with additional energy efficiencies. Our main focus of sustainability demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement into the future, rather than short term gains.
