Project management was vital in ensuring all working schedules were rigorously adhered to and that everybody we needed to be on site, had their security clearance and that they were booked in when we needed them on site. Our attention to detail also stretched to ensuring that all material deliveries were timed so that security were able to witness all deliveries.
