Westway Services maintain the air conditioning and hot water services within 80 of the 160 clubs throughout the UK. We have carried out this service for the past three years and have built up a close and trusted partnership. We are working with Fitness First to upgrade some of their aging air conditioning plant throughout many of their clubs. This will assist in reducing their energy consumption throughout and should also see their carbon footprint reduce.
We currently maintain the boiler and air conditioning plant at this site. We were involved in the initial installation of some of the air conditioning equipment and we supply an engineer every week to undertake maintenance and repairs. We have to work within the constraints of the arena but they need their services to operate for both the entertainment suppliers and the public.
We maintain the heating, hot water and air conditioning services. We also undertake the maintenance of the lifts and carry out any fabric repairs that are required. Currently, we are undertaking a revamp of their roof plant lay out including the installation of acoustic screening.
